The song is hummed just before one of Meena Kumari's fellow coutesan reminds her that the feet which the letter addressed(by Rajkumar - ...aapke pao bahut khoobsoorat hai ...zameen par mat rakhiega ...maele ho jaenge) was without the "ghungroo". Wish it was included in the album of the film'Pakeezah'....dont even know who sang it. Any help?
