im really speechless aftr listening to dis nazm.wat to say?
I almost forget the name and image of meena kumari,just past 2 days back the name Meena kumari is stuck wit my mind,once i was great admirer of her aacting and beauty,yes! beauty the most.and wanted pics of her to laptop screen.browsing to download her pics landed me here.
i didnt know untill now dat she is such good poet.masha allah! kya nazm hain,
“Gham hii dushman hai meraa Gham hii ko dil DhuuNDhataa hai”
“ek markaz kii talaash ek bhaTakatii Khushbuu
kabhii manzil kabhii tamhiid-e-safar hotii hai ”
I think i hav the same resonance factor dat she had.
Guys believe me i dnt want 2 lie,if i had a chance i can do anythng go marry her. even at d age of 21 i had dat feeling and at 27 nw it has come back.
help me find her wallpapers to my screen.

these are so best word in this gazal that dil hii dukhtaa hai na ab aastiiN tar hotii hai these are so painfull words in this gazal.

It is a breath taking piece of poetry and the fourth line is correct that “dilhi dukhta hai na ab aastiin tar hoti hai”means my pain is beyond pain that now, neither my heart aches nor my sleeves (I am not sure if “aastiin” means sleeves or lap when you cry and it gets wet)get wet.
