vo na hogaa to kyaa kamii hogii
bas adhuurii sii zindagii hogii

Gham hii chaaNdii hai, Gham hii sonaa hai
Gham na hogaa to kyaa Khushii hogii

usko sochuuN usii ko chaahuuN maiN
mujhse aisii na bandagii hogii

baat hoNToN pe jam gayii uske
chup ye Tuute to ankahii hogii

Duub jaayegii shor meN duniyaa
lafz hoNge na Khamoshii hogii
